About All New Heights LLC

Hi there! My name is Shataya Williams and I am the Owner and Primary Clinician here at All New Heights LLC. I am a wife, Mom to a rambunctious toddler, and native New Yorker. I enjoy reading, I have been writing creatively since I was 11 years old, and I love all hands-on things. I am a forever learner, which means I am constantly finding new things to read and new trainings to attend.

Funny enough, when I graduated high school no one could have told me that I would become a Therapist. I went to school for Media/Communications (shout-out Brooklyn Tech), so I just knew that I was going to be on TV one day. Fast forward, I enjoyed all of the behind the scenes aspects of media communications and unfortunately hated being on camera. At that stage in my life, my inner critic was still really loud and all she saw was what was missing or what was wrong despite receiving an A on my broadcast assignment and in the class.

At the end of my senior year I was at a pivotal point and by the end, I decided to pursue Counseling and tackle a few more years of school -- what a focus change.

I had an innate ability to see people, reframe things said to me, and challenge things with truth, love and honesty. From there, I just needed the formal education. There came LIU, multiple part time jobs, a end of year gap where I briefly became a Special Education Teacher, and then I walked across the stage in May 2015 and into my first case management role.

All New Heights LLC came out of a journey of self growth, sacrifice, and an overall vision that all new heights are accessible for everyone with a little support. Along my journey, I have received the support of highly skilled and education Clinical Supervisors, Clinicians, Mentors, and peers in the Mental Health Field and believe that here is a great place for you to begin unfolding the layers that make it challenging to navigate some aspect of your day to day life... safely.
