FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your Inquiries Answered

Here we address common questions regarding our services, mental health topics, and resources available at All New Heights. Our aim is to provide clarity and assist you on your personal journey towards wellness.

What is therapy?

Therapy is a guided process that involves working with a trained professional to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It allows individuals to gain insights, develop coping mechanisms, and foster personal growth through tailored strategies and support.

How can I access resources?

You can access our diverse resources through our website, where we offer various materials aimed at enhancing mental health understanding. Look for downloadable worksheets, insightful articles, and valuable books to assist your journey in therapy.

What topics do you cover?

We cover a wide range of mental health topics including anxiety, depression, self-care, resilience, and relationship dynamics. Our aim is to provide comprehensive knowledge that empowers clients and fosters meaningful discussions during therapy sessions.

How do I access services?

We utilize TherapyAppointment for scheduling, important electronic communication, resource and documentation sharing. You will also utilize TherapyAppointment, via computer, web browser, or alternative electronic devices for virtual therapeutic sessions. You can find out more about me on their Provider Search by typing my name in here.

How much are your services?
  • Individual services at $100 per session.

  • EMDR sessions are $125 per session.

  • Couples sessions are $150 per session.

  • Group sessions (coming soon!) range from $50 to $100 per person, per session depending on the type of group, number of schedule sessions, and number of attendees.

Do you accept insurance? How can I pay for services?

At this time, we are self-pay only. You can pay utilizing a site called IvyPay. After your first individual/couple session, you will receive a text message where you will be instructed on how to add your preferred payment method. IvyPay does not store your information on the Clinicians end, so if there are ever issues with your card e.g. card declines, you will need to update the information you have on file. For group sessions and general purchases, you will receive a prompt for IvyPay and/or an invoice before service/session. If for any reasons, any of the above mentioned fees feel beyond what you can manage, please reach out to me and we can discuss possibility of and conditions for sliding scale.
