Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy and Disclaimers
Effective date: May 29, 2026
Thanks for being here. This page explains what our website, allnewheights.com, notices when you visit, what we do with that information, and the choices you have. It covers this website only.
A quick but important distinction: this policy does not cover the health information involved in therapy. As a healthcare provider, our handling of your health information in a treatment relationship is governed by a separate Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) under HIPAA, which you receive when you become a client. This website doesn’t collect health information — scheduling, payment, and clinical conversations all happen through secure platforms built for that purpose, described below.
All New Heights LLC (“All New Heights,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the practice behind this site.
What We Collect
When you reach out directly:
-
Contact form. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write in your message.
-
Newsletter signup. If you subscribe, we collect your email address, and your name if you share it.
One gentle note: please keep personal health details out of the contact form and newsletter signup. They aren’t secure channels for protected health information. If you’re a current or prospective client, we’ll use the secure systems we provide for anything clinical.
What’s collected automatically:
-
Analytics and usage data. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors move through it. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and the site that referred you. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Scheduling and payment:
-
The booking link sends you to TherapyAppointment, our practice management platform. Anything you enter there is governed by TherapyAppointment’s own privacy practices, not this policy. Payments are processed through separate secure systems like IvyPay and never on this site.
How We Use It
We use the information we collect to:
-
Respond to your messages and stay in touch with you;
-
Send newsletters or updates if you’ve subscribed (you can unsubscribe anytime);
-
Keep the site running and make it better;
-
Understand how visitors use the site through aggregate analytics; and
-
Meet legal obligations and protect everyone’s rights.
We do not sell your personal information. Our goal here is to share information about health and wellness and to do the least amount of harm in the process.
Cookies and Analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies, mostly through Google Analytics, to
recognize repeat visitors and measure how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do. You can read about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How We Share Information
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
-
Service providers who help us run the site and the practice — our website host, Google Analytics, (eventually!) an external email/newsletter platform, if needed, Google, and TherapyAppointment— and only as needed for them to do that work.
-
Legal and safety purposes, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, the public, or us.
Keeping Your Information Safe
We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected through this site. That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security. It’s exactly why we ask that anything sensitive be shared through the secure platforms we provide rather than the site itself.
Maintaining Children's Privacy
This site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site. If you believe a child has provided information here, please reach out so we can remove it.
Your Choices
-

-
Access and corrections. You can contact us to ask what information we’ve collected about you through the site, or to request corrections or deletion, and we’ll respond consistent with applicable law.
-
Cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser as described above.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. To exercise any of them, just reach out using the details below.
Links to Other Places
This site links to third-party platforms, like TherapyAppointment. We’re not responsible for
their privacy practices, and we’d encourage you to look over their policies too.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date at the top, and meaningful changes will show up on this page.
